Who we are

Wingleet (SIREN 944 833 375), based in Paris and Toulouse, France, is responsible for the personal data you submit through the forms on wingleet.com.

What we collect and why

• Demo requests. Your name, work email, company, job title, location, organisation type and fleet size, so that we can reply to you, arrange your demo and follow up on it.
• Marketing. If you tick the box on the demo form, we use your email to send you news about Wingleet's products, services and events.
• Log-in attempts. When you enter an email address on our log-in page, we record that address and the step you reached, so that our team can help you get access. We never record passwords or recovery codes.

We collect this information directly from you. If you choose not to provide it, we will not be able to handle your request.

Who can see it

Your information is only accessed by the Wingleet team. It is collected and stored with the help of our website and form hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our team by email. Netlify may process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Write to us at contact@wingleet.com.

If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
